Dear Clients, Due to an increase in COVID-19 cases in our county, Jordan Veterinary Hospital will return to “Curbside Care” for all services and appointments starting Monday, December 14th. We at Jordan Veterinary Hospital want to assure our clients we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of you, your pet, and our staff. The health department has set up daily updates of data. Our county is the red zone. We stay curbside until we are out of the red possible orange zone. https://files.nc.gov/.../COVID-19-County-Alert-System...
What does this mean for you as our valued client?
We will remain OPEN for grooming, daycare, boarding and professional services.
We are not allowing clients inside the facility to minimize direct contact.
If you are sick and your pet needs medical attention, please have a family member or friend bring your pet.
Call our office when you arrive and a staff member will come to your car and retrieve your pet for services. 336-249-3991
During your pet’s visit we will stay in communication with you to make sure all your questions are addressed.
We are sorry for the inconvenience; rest assured your pet will receive the same quality care and kindness that we have always delivered. Thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions, please ask.
